Who we are

D4Health (formerly My Occ Health) was founded in 2009 and is part of the Ryminster Group of companies, based in the West Midlands.  The head office is based in Telford.

The company was founded by Dr. Grant Charlesworth-Jones, a dual qualified GP and Barrister who later qualified as an Occupational Health Physician. Dr. Charlesworth-Jones recognised that there was an absence of cost-effective solutions for smaller businesses who had no occupational health provider or in-house provision and couldn’t afford, nor would they benefit from the costly retainer that was required by many existing providers.

My Occ Health offers a cost effective, pay-as-you-go occupational health service to businesses of all sizes across the West Midlands through its convenient local clinics, and to clients nationwide, via its remote assessment services and capabilities.

Our clients value the quality, speed and accuracy of our service, and we pride ourselves on our turnaround times and the concise, waffle-free advice which are the cornerstones of our service.
